Ohio has yet to write rules for fracking industry
In June 2014, the state published a list of 20 rules it was working on to govern Ohio’s growing oil and gas industry. Getting a parking ticket in Columbus cost more last year, but drivers were less likely to have one slapped on their windshields. In 2015, Columbus parking enforcement officers wrote the fewest tickets that they have issued in at least the past six years, but the city still will rake in more parking fines than it has since 2012. That’s because the city council increased the cost of most parking tickets by $5 last year. With just days left to sign up for health coverage at healthcare.gov, a question hangs over Ohio: Beyond its suburban counties, will the state warm up to the government-run marketplace? As of Jan. 9, Delaware County had the highest proportion of eligible residents enrolled in health coverage through the marketplace, followed by suburban Warren County, according to Enroll America, which is working to get the uninsured signed up for coverage.
