    Health-care costs for Columbus city employees have increased 11.5 percent this year, the largest yearly increase in insurance costs shared by workers and taxpayers in nearly a decade.The Columbus City Council approved spending $177.2 million at its meeting on Monday to provide medical, dental, vision, prescription-drug and other coverage to its nearly 8,200 employees this year.Taxpayers will fund about $107 million of those insurance costs from the city’s proposed 2016 operating budget.
