COLUMBUS (WCMH) — The Columbus Division of Police have announced funeral arrangements for Officer Steven Smith. According to the Columbus police, visitation will be held Monday, at St. Paul the Apostle Roman Catholic Church at 313 North State Street in Westerville from 4 to 8pm.
