  LAKEWOOD, Ohio — This city of 52,000 on the western edge of Cleveland has seen an uptick in bicycle riding since 2012, when the local government decided to make the city more conducive to cycling.   COLUMBUS, Ohio - Thursday was an extremely difficult day for not only the Hilliard police department, but for the community. Hilliard Police Officer Sean Johnson was killed in a motorcycle crash during a training exercise.
