I want a Microsoft Surface Studio monitor
Microsoft's beautiful Surface Studio is a PC that's much more than an all-in-one. While you can do all the regular PC things you'd expect from a Windows PC, it's really the screen that makes it different from a regular computer. It's a screen that folds down to transform the PC into a drawing board, designed for stylus, touch, and new Dial input. It's unlike any regular all-in-one PC we've seen before, but I want to turn any laptop into a Surface Studio. As speculation mounted over Microsoft's ..>> view originalPhil Schiller justifies the compromises of the MacBook Pro
In an interview with The Independent, Apple’s SVP of Worldwide Marketing Phil Schiller looked back at last week’s Apple event and justified some of the decisions behind the new MacBook Pro. Let’s go through the new information in this interview. Schiller is saying that the MacBook Pro is the fastest selling pro laptop from Apple. “And we are proud to tell you that so far our online store has had more orders for the new MacBook Pro than any other pro notebook before,” Schiller told The Independ..>> view originalFacebook Profit Soars, but Growth Concerns Emerge

How The Charging Speeds Were Found Out A recognized tester in the Android community, Nathan K. discovered this discrepancy by way of extensive tests. They call it the “Jacuzzi of Despair.”The underwater lake, discovered 3,300 feet below the surface of the Gulf of Mexico, is a pit of super-salty water and dissolved methane that kills any critter unlucky enough to fall inside. The discovery was made last year by a San Pedro-based research vessel, the E/V Nautilus. In the video, scientists excitedly navigate a remotely operated vehicle, the Hercules, above the circular pool. ... They always tell you to use long, complex passwords, and to never reuse passwords on different sites. Sure, but how are you supposed to remember all those? With a password manager like LastPass, of course. There are other options, but LastPass is one of the big names, and now the free version of the service is even better. The obvious product to compare Teams to is Slack, which I use daily, or HipChat. Within Teams, users can chat in groups or one-on-one, share files, communicate via Skype video calls, and even interact with bots and third-party apps. By the way, if you thought Microsoft Yammer was Microsoft’s ans..>> view originalA Global Climate Deal Was Reached. Next Up Is Pollution Monitoring.

Uber is rolling out a major redesign of its app today — the most significant update since 2012. The changes, which are only for users and not drivers, are supposed to offer a much cleaner interface, less confusion around which service to request, and shortcut options to frequent destinations. The new app, which The Verge saw during a media briefing and product demo earlier this week, does appear to be much easier to use.
