Columbus plans to enact a ban on all unnecessary travel to North Carolina by city employees in the wake of that state’s new law that many feel discriminates against lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people. Jessica Porvasnik led four Ohio State golfers in the top 15 and OSU was in third place after three rounds of the Lady Buckeye Spring Invitational at OSU Scarlet.
